Jesteśmy administratorem Twoich danych osobowych w rozumieniu rozporządzenia (UE) 2016/679 (RODO). Serwis pinsrepublic.pl jest prowadzony pod marką Pins Republic. We wszystkich sprawach dotyczących danych osobowych skontaktuj się z nami pod powyższym adresem. Nie powołaliśmy Inspektora Ochrony Danych — zapytania kierujemy na wskazany e-mail.

Podanie danych jest dobrowolne, jednak bez danych kontaktowych nie jesteśmy w stanie odpowiedzieć na zapytanie ani zrealizować zamówienia.
3. Pliki cookie i podobne technologie
Przy pierwszej wizycie wyświetlamy baner. Cookies analityczne i marketingowe są ustawiane dopiero po kliknięciu „Akceptuję”. Do tego momentu Google Consent Mode v2 utrzymuje wszystkie zgody w stanie denied — narzędzia Google nie zapisują wtedy plików cookie ani identyfikatorów. Odrzucenie nie ogranicza dostępu do serwisu.

4. Odbiorcy danych
- Dostawca hostingu serwisu pinsrepublic.pl oraz poczty — przechowywanie strony i wiadomości z formularzy.
- Google Ireland Ltd. / Google LLC — Google Analytics 4 i Google Ads (wyłącznie po wyrażeniu zgody) oraz Google Fonts (przekazanie adresu IP przy pobieraniu krojów pisma).
- Cloudflare, Inc. — usługa Turnstile chroniąca formularze przed spamem.
- unpkg / Cloudflare CDN — biblioteka Leaflet obsługująca mapę dostaw.
- OpenStreetMap Foundation, CARTO — kafelki mapy dostaw (przekazanie adresu IP).
- Biuro rachunkowe, doradcy prawni, firmy kurierskie — w zakresie niezbędnym do realizacji i rozliczenia zamówienia.
- Organy publiczne — wyłącznie gdy obowiązek wynika z przepisów prawa.
Formularze obsługuje skrypt działający na naszym własnym hostingu; treść zapytania trafia bezpośrednio na naszą skrzynkę pocztową.
5. Przekazywanie danych poza EOG
Google LLC i Cloudflare, Inc. mają siedziby w USA. Przekazywanie odbywa się na podstawie decyzji Komisji Europejskiej dotyczącej EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework lub standardowych klauzul umownych (art. 46 RODO) wraz z dodatkowymi zabezpieczeniami technicznymi. Kopię zastosowanych zabezpieczeń udostępniamy na żądanie wysłane na nasz adres e-mail.
6. Okresy przechowywania
- Korespondencja i zapytania ofertowe — 3 lata od ostatniego kontaktu.
- Umowy i dokumentacja księgowa — 5 lat od końca roku podatkowego, w którym upłynął termin płatności podatku.
- Dane analityczne w Google Analytics 4 — do 14 miesięcy.
- Logi serwera — do 12 miesięcy.
- Dane przetwarzane na podstawie zgody — do czasu jej wycofania.
7. Twoje prawa
Przysługuje Ci prawo do: dostępu do danych, ich sprostowania, usunięcia, ograniczenia przetwarzania, przenoszenia danych, wniesienia sprzeciwu wobec przetwarzania opartego na prawnie uzasadnionym interesie oraz wycofania zgody w dowolnym momencie (bez wpływu na zgodność z prawem przetwarzania przed jej wycofaniem).

8. Zautomatyzowane podejmowanie decyzji
Nie podejmujemy decyzji opierających się wyłącznie na zautomatyzowanym przetwarzaniu i nie prowadzimy profilowania. Google Ads wykorzystujemy wyłącznie w kampaniach w sieci wyszukiwania oraz do pomiaru konwersji — nie tworzymy list remarketingowych ani profili reklamowych użytkowników.
9. Zmiany polityki
Politykę możemy aktualizować, gdy zmienią się nasze usługi, wykorzystywane narzędzia lub przepisy prawa. Aktualna wersja jest zawsze publikowana na tej stronie wraz z datą ostatniej aktualizacji.

4. Recipients of the data
- Hosting provider for pinsrepublic.pl and our e-mail — storage of the website and of messages sent through forms.
- Google Ireland Ltd. / Google LLC — Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads (only after consent), and Google Fonts (IP address is transmitted when fonts are loaded).
- Cloudflare, Inc. — Turnstile service protecting our forms against spam.
- unpkg / Cloudflare CDN — the Leaflet library powering the delivery map.
- OpenStreetMap Foundation, CARTO — map tiles for the delivery map (IP address is transmitted).
- Accountants, legal advisers, courier companies — to the extent necessary to fulfil and settle an order.
- Public authorities — only where required by law.
Forms are handled by a script running on our own hosting; the content of your enquiry is delivered straight to our mailbox.
5. Transfers outside the EEA
Google LLC and Cloudflare, Inc. are established in the USA. Transfers take place under the European Commission's adequacy decision for the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework or under standard contractual clauses (Art. 46 GDPR), together with additional technical safeguards. A copy of the safeguards applied is available on request sent to our e-mail address.
6. Retention periods
- Correspondence and quote requests — 3 years from the last contact.
- Contracts and accounting records — 5 years from the end of the tax year in which the payment deadline fell.
- Analytics data in Google Analytics 4 — up to 14 months.
- Server logs — up to 12 months.
- Data processed on the basis of consent — until the consent is withdrawn.
7. Your rights
You have the right to: access your data, rectify it, erase it, restrict processing, data portability, object to processing based on legitimate interest, and withdraw consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal).

8. Automated decision-making
We do not take decisions based solely on automated processing and we do not carry out profiling. We use Google Ads exclusively for search campaigns and conversion measurement — we do not build remarketing lists or advertising profiles of users.

We may update this policy when our services, the tools we use, or the applicable law change. The current version is always published on this page together with the date of the last update.

Die Formulare werden von einem Skript auf unserem eigenen Hosting verarbeitet; der Inhalt Ihrer Anfrage gelangt direkt in unser Postfach.
5. Übermittlung außerhalb des EWR
Google LLC und Cloudflare, Inc. haben ihren Sitz in den USA. Die Übermittlung erfolgt auf Grundlage des Angemessenheitsbeschlusses der Europäischen Kommission zum EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework oder auf Grundlage von Standardvertragsklauseln (Art. 46 DSGVO) samt zusätzlicher technischer Schutzmaßnahmen. Eine Kopie der Garantien stellen wir auf Anfrage per E-Mail zur Verfügung.
6. Speicherdauer
- Korrespondenz und Angebotsanfragen — 3 Jahre ab dem letzten Kontakt.
- Verträge und Buchhaltungsunterlagen — 5 Jahre ab Ende des Steuerjahres, in dem die Zahlungsfrist lag.
- Analysedaten in Google Analytics 4 — bis zu 14 Monate.
- Serverprotokolle — bis zu 12 Monate.
- Auf Einwilligung gestützte Daten — bis zum Widerruf der Einwilligung.
7. Ihre Rechte
Sie haben das Recht auf: Auskunft, Berichtigung, Löschung, Einschränkung der Verarbeitung, Datenübertragbarkeit, Widerspruch gegen eine auf berechtigtem Interesse beruhende Verarbeitung sowie auf jederzeitigen Widerruf Ihrer Einwilligung (ohne Auswirkung auf die Rechtmäßigkeit der bis dahin erfolgten Verarbeitung).

8. Automatisierte Entscheidungsfindung
Wir treffen keine ausschließlich auf automatisierter Verarbeitung beruhenden Entscheidungen und führen kein Profiling durch. Google Ads nutzen wir ausschließlich für Suchkampagnen und die Conversion-Messung — wir erstellen weder Remarketing-Listen noch Werbeprofile von Nutzern.
