Frequently asked questions
Metal or PVC keychain — which to choose?
Choose metal when you want a premium feel — enamelled metal has a solid weight and looks like jewellery, working great as a corporate gift. PVC is lighter, cheaper at large quantities and better at reproducing colourful, "cartoon" designs. If you're not sure, send your artwork — we'll advise you with the quote.
Can keychains be double-sided?
Yes. On metal keychains the reverse can have enamel, engraving or embossed text, and on PVC keychains — relief or print on both sides. A double-sided version slightly raises the price, which we'll state in the quote.
What is the minimum order?
The minimum order is 50 pieces. The unit price decreases as quantity grows — at several hundred pieces the difference is significant.
How long does an order take?
Typically 25–35 working days from design approval. For urgent deadlines ask about the express option — we'll tell you what's possible.
How should I prepare the keychain artwork?
A logo or sketch in any format is enough (ideally vector: AI, PDF, SVG — but we'll also take PNG or JPG). Our designer will prepare a free visual with a choice of colours, shape and attachment, and we only start production once you approve it.
